Forcey’s girls volleyball team shook off a tough loss at Frederick Christian on Monday by defeating Granite Baptist in their home opener Tuesday, 2 games to 1. The Lady Falcons jumped out to big leads in the first two games and were never seriously threatened. Maya Tillman, Hannah Belk, and Shelby McNamee played their usual strong games, and Abby Heng came through with her best game of the season. Forcey travels to Arlington Baptist on Friday for another league game.
