Forcey Christian School offers six sports through the school year, providing plenty of athletic opportunities for boys and girls. In the fall, FCS has boys soccer and girls volleyball. In the winter, we offer boys and girls basketball. In the spring, we offer girls soccer and co-ed flag football.
Forcey is a proud member of the Maryland Independent Athletic Conference (MIAC) starting in the fall of 2023. We continue to play against conference schools, such as Mount Airy Christian School, Perry Hall Christian School, and Covenant Life. FCS takes pride in our participation of this competitive athletic league.
As a current member of the MIAC, our boys' basketball team brought home its first MIAC championship this past Winter 2024. In 2025, our girls' basketball team brought home its first MIAC championship. Along with the victory, both boys' and girls' basketball teams were named MIAC West Division Champions.
In the past, Forcey was a long-standing member of the Maryland Association of Christian Schools Athletic Conference (known as MACSAC). In the winter of 2023, our boys' basketball team won 2nd place in the championship playoffs. Past championship wins include boys' and girls' basketball teams in 2018, in which the basketball teams finished with a combined 61-0 and won four tournaments.
Forcey holds high standards for its student-athletes. Players must maintain a 2.5 GPA throughout the season – higher than most schools in the area. We want to push our players on and off the court. We also expect them, as some of the most visible members of the FCS family, to represent Jesus Christ first and foremost in everything they say and do. Our coaches are also exemplary members of their community – decorated law enforcement officers, Girl Scout leaders.
